Mint Beach/Market Bag

I had fun working on this mint/chocolate brown beach bag. I used Caron Acrylic yarn for my bags. I love how well they wash and stay in shape and how easy it is to take care of them. The little detail on the front side of this bag is just a little flip over, with no function at all, just for looks. To bring the brown up color all the way up to the handle I decided to wrap the edges of the handles and the top of the bag with the chocolate brown yarn. I really like how this bag came out. This bag is now available to my Etsy store All About My Crafts here

Steel Grey Market Bag with Baby Pink lace Accent

I made this bag for the mom of my daughters boyfriend. Her son assured me that his mom loves pink. But since pink is a very fragile color and shows dirt easily, I opted to use the steel grey for the body of the bag and the baby pink as an accent. This way this bag can be worn carefree.

Brown/Teal Market Bag

Originally I made this market bag to sell at my Etsy store, but my daughter liked it so much that she put it on her birthday wish list. I like the combination of soft teal and dark brown. It reminds me of a tropical beach.

Crochet Market/Book Bag

This cute little bag is perfect for either grocery shopping, as a market bag or book bag. It stretches downward, but not sideways. You will find it is very sturdy and easily carries quiet a heavy load.

The handles are large enough to carry the bag comfortable on your shoulder.

American Flag Bag

From the left over yarn I made this American Flag bag. It is a nice bag that can be used when going to the beach or shopping. It is big and holds a lot of item, for example it would easily hold 2-3 beach towels.

This bag  is SOLD OUT at my Etsy store All About My Crafts

Messenger Bag

My daughter wanted a messenger bag already for a while, but didn't wanted to spend all her money for it, besides none were her style or taste. When I found this tutorial for a messenger bag Messenger Bag Tutorial, I knew I wanted to make one, with my 'special' addition of adding some more pockets to the outside of the inside pocket.

And here is what we ended up with

Here you can see the little pocket I added to the outside of the zipped pocket

As you can see the zipper pocket is nice and large and keeps personal stuff from flying all over

Here is my daughter showing of her bag. It is perfect and she has gotten some real use out of it and a lot of admiration from her friends, too. As closures I used magnets and decorated them from the outside with brads used for scrapbooking. That way the magnets are really easy to find.

And here is a view of the bag when in use.
